Director of Operations - Water Division
Sam is a Professional Engineer with business development and technical sales experience in the water and wastewater market.
He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. For the past seven years, Sam worked for Instrument & Supply, Inc., an equipment manufacturer’s representative firm operating across the country. Sam covered Western Tennessee and developed the Mississippi market for ISI. His primary focus was municipal sales, though it grew to include the industrial market as well. He was involved in every aspect of the equipment procurement process from early project development through project bid to final plant start up.
Sam is a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), Little Rock Engineers Club, Water Environment Federation (WEF), and currently serves on the board of directors of the Mississippi Water Environment Association (MWEA).
As Director of Operations for Entegrity’s Water Conservation Division, Sam’s current responsibilities include providing leadership and management by working with the business development and engineering teams to establish long-range goals, strategies, and plans for water conservation. Ultimately, he is responsible for delivering successful and cost-effective projects to customers while meeting budgets and installation schedules.
